Can not say enough amazing things about the boat, crew, and service they provided. They were very patient with 2 kids snorkeling, answered all our questions, and we even got to see dolphins. Such a wonderful experience, definitely a must do experience in Oahu! We had a fabulous time swimming with turtles off Waikiki beach. The crew were informative, friendly, entertaining and welcoming. I went with my husband and sisters and we all had a ball.

There was plenty of room onboard to move around and never felt crowded. When the water got a little choppy, the back of the boat was still calm. Just a great time made better by the crew, would definitely go again.
I can't say enough nice things about our trip on the Makani Catamaran! The staff were warm and friendly, the drinks we're tasty and the views were breathtaking. We had the opportunity to stand in the Captain's Galley and take photos. Captain Jon was so accommodating and thoughtful - he even offered to take our picture. This was our second time using Hawaii Ocean Charters we had Captain Sam whom we had in the fall of 2022 and Nick as well. We were greeted with warm welcomes and after a brief safety refresher we were on our way. They gave my daughter a mask so she could dive down and see all the fish. They really do a great job to make sure everyone is comfortable and both Sam and Nick were super personable. If you don’t want to mess with a bunch of strangers on a sunset catamaran this is certainly the way to go.
